How to use :
Once opened please consume within 2-3 weeks.
Can be frozen upto 6 months
Consume Orally: 2 table spoons daily
Mix 1-2 tbsp into ANY hot or cold beverage e.g. water, tea, coffee, juice.
Add 1-2 tbsp in your soups curries, or any dish of your choice.
Can be used directly on skin for Acne and Eczema- leave on skin for 20/30 mins and wash of with warm water.
